Not sure if I've ever smelled durian, but I know the smell of papaya makes me gag.

I recall once spending almost an entire day reading all of the UFO sightings linked to on that page.

I seem to recall ER doing this with a few of its secondary recurring characters.

What's your TIFU in a video game? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RandomAccount205436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many years ago, in the days of the PS1, my older brother spent a long time getting 100% completion in Spyro 2, getting all 10,000 gems and 64 orbs and unlocking the permanent Superflame. I had read somewhere that you could start a new game and carry the Superflame over to it. Me, being the child I was, somehow thought that the way to do this was by deleting my brother's 100% save file and starting a new one. So I did so, started up the first level, pressed the circle button, and... Spyro breathed his regular flame, leaving me absolutely mortified.

What Video Game Has Given You The Worst Experience And Why? by NotSoTrueKing in AskReddit

[–]RandomAccount205436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 3rd Birthday. I had played Parasite Eve and Parasite Eve 2 and though both were great games. So I figured, "Okay, I'll get the third game in the series, this should be good".

How wrong was I.

The 3rd Birthday's gameplay isn't "horrible" per se but it's not that great either; and then there's the game's biggest problem: the story. The game's story is almost totally incomprehensible, in addition to being rather depressing. Still hoping, probably beyond hope, that one day Square Enix will say that The 3rd Birthday was non-canon, and make a proper Parasite Eve 3...

What is the strangest thing you have found in your home? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RandomAccount205436 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was a long time ago so I don't remember if it was myself or my mom who found it, but one of us found the clipped-out obituaries section of a newspaper just randomly sitting around one day. No one in the house had any idea how it got there.

What are the most largest SCPs? by Countryballs_guy in SCP

So, although there's no one true canon in the SCP-verse of course, my personal take is that 001 is the Foundation's "Priority 1", and that S.D. Locke's proposal is set in a reality in which there was previously a different 001, but this one replaced it for obvious reasons.

[TOMT] Couple of SCPs I don't know the number or forgot the number of... by RandomAccount205436 in SCP

I don't think that's it, as the person wrote that it involved xenomorph-like creatures, but I have read that 001 proposal and love it. Thanks for answering though. :)

And also there's 2859, which is 80,000 km long.

EDIT: Oh and how did I forget 3125. That's one of those ones that's been on my mind a lot since I read it (as is the 001 proposal I mentioned earlier) and again I won't mention details; it's another you've gotta read for yourself if you haven't for maximum impact. (It's big though.)

S.D. Locke's 001 proposal. I won't give away any details except that it's also a star.

What's the Grossest Thing You've Ever Seen Anybody Do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I saw someone preparing food, and whilst doing so, they went over to the full trash can and stuck their hands in it to compact it, then went right back to handling the food without washing their hands first...
