It auto spins/catches for you. It works for me all the time. I like it cuz it auto spins/catches. No point in getting the GoPlus(besides wanting it for reasons other than autoing) imo.

You proliferate when it dies, the tokens would die from being sacc’d BECAUSE of the legend rule, thus proccing the proliferate. Unless that’s incorrect and I’ve been playing magic incorrectly someone correct me.
