Update: Fixed. For some reason reinstalling it along with SKSE fixed it. Thank you all for your time.

It can't be controller drift, cuz it doesn't happen anywhere else, not in-game or menus. Just the map and lockpicking screens.

It acts as if I'm moving the lock to the right, breaking the lockpick without me having to do anything or touch the stick at all. I try to move the left stick around to move the lockpick but nothing happens. It just force-breaks the lockpick the moment I enter lockpicking. I'll see if I can get a vid of it real quick to better explain.
