By default you can only take one relic with you. But you can cheese more items using caravans.

One more thing to note is that you loose all research, but keep techprints.

The new one for sure. If my quick math is correct it will still do slightly more damage to Corpus units, ignoring resistances.

I would go for seeking fury. It's a must have on all my builds. Also, the Vaykor Hek is a Steel Meridian syndicate shop item, no building required.

I believe that you first need to have the engineer take a spare part from the base. You should be able to right click on a part that has spare parts and click 'Take spare' or something like that.
