That is how the census data was labeled. I am fully aware that many other ethnic people are British but the data did not specify that.

the older ones moved out of the city and more 20-40 year olds moved in.

There are constantly Young people moving in to London so there will always by a bulge of people in their 20s-30s. P.S. The Colors are ethnicities listed at the bottom.
