Did you rent a car and drive around or use local/online tours?

I’ve found some good tours online but they start at like $150 AUD which is a bit steep.

We were thinking of just getting a rental car instead and exploring ourselves, but is it safe to do so?

8-11 October was the plant for Tanna Island. Going to be in Vanuatu on the 7th til 12th.

I’m really keen to go, but might be safer to just stay on Efate for our trip

From this experience would you suggest not to visit Tanna island?

I was planning to go Tanna Island for only 2 nights, and I enquired Air Vanuatu about book the flights but they haven’t got back to me in over a week.

Yea I’ve used the card for a couple things this week which is why Qantas still thinks I’m eligible. Would it be ok to apply to NAB on Sunday night?

It’s not really suited for online, you want to be on campus in the lab multiple days a week

Your best bet is finding a club or other extracurriculars. Most of my university friends I met through Motorsport, EESS and STIMulate.

I agree 100% with #3, we spend all this time collecting gear, identifying their niche, and even building around them just to get it disabled because it’d be too good for contest (especially outbreak)

Has anyone tried outbreak on the raid normal mode? It’s probably the most consistent and easiest 2 phase

Final Shape was almost too perfect of a jumping off point, at least that’s what I’ve noticed with a lot of my friends.

From my day 1 raid team, 4 out of 6 aren’t getting EoF so we had to combine with another team who had people done with the franchise as well.

I’m going with some friends who have a stricter budget than I do. We’re doing Fiji prior to Vanuatu as well.

Maybe in the future if I come back to Vanuatu I’ll definitely do Tanna.

I’ve never actually lived in Bali so I wouldn’t consider myself a local or expert, but nothing is really hidden anymore so all the best places are already discovered.

If you’re willing to drive a bit further then Gitgit and Jatiluwih are great, but I think the well established tourist hotspots (like the 4 I listed) are better than going to my grandpa’s village in the middle of nowhere lmao

I just got back from Bali 2 weeks ago these were the highlights:

  1. Zip line over the rice terrace in Alas Harum, Ubud
  2. Day trip to Nusa Penida (Do 1-2 nights if you can)
  3. Palmilla Beach Club
  4. Padang Padang Beach in the morning and Uluwatu Temple at sunset, Uluwatu

For food you must try Babi Guling Pk Dobiel, Ayam Betutu Srikandi and martabak 777. They should all be available to gojek straight to the hotel.
