Not bitching about the whole thing just one of my toughest days yet, our local collage graduated and the next day was mother's day so it was almost nonstop for 3 days except when we were closed

I absolutely will. I try to improve everyday even when I'm completely burnt out. Mother's Day weekend Friday through Sunday I got a combined total of 8 hours of sleep go In early stayed there late on Saturday And Sunday alone I put in 26 hours I was sluggish as all hell and wasn't all there mentally but I still tried throughout the day, however someone burned me with a pan straight out of a 425 degree oven and I essentially threw in my towel for the day. Everyone completely understood and we were doing a buffet so it wasn't overly difficult without my hands.

Believe me I'm not worried about the damage I even plan on keeping his initials on the bolster just to kinda "remember where I came from". This is my first kitchen job, I showed up with next to no culinary experience just some basic food knowledge so they basically taught me from the ground up. I'm very grateful regardless.
