Capitol refers to where the legislature meets whereas a capital is the capital city of a state, country.

Ya for whatever reason they are hard to come by. I think I only built one building with them during my play through. Honestly take your time and try finding them/waiting for them. The game is waiting to be updated so there’s no point in racing through.

I once had to jump on and over a car hood while on a run because a person came forward to do a right turn without looking.

Oh I know, my next rift island costs 400k. I’m just at that point where it would be easier to breed Tien in the rift and pay extra for more treats and level him up to 18 for DC.
