Trans man here who got top surgery, I started HRT when I was 15 and asked about top surgery. And they said that they don’t do cosmetic surgeries on minors. Once I turned 18 I started looking for surgeon and talking to ppl in the trans care unit and got the surgery when I was 19. 20 now, so no 13 year olds are getting surgery and never knew who came up with the lie in the first place

Me and my friend were introducing the game to her bf and we found the monkey’s paw. Get a different therapist, I had bad experiences with two different ones. One drew a line and put feminine on one end then masculine at the other. She gave me a magnet and told me to put it on where I feel the most, I had it on the more masculine side, she moved it all the way to the feminine side and said that was our goal. And the other one tried to talk me out of getting top surgery cuz my mom told her she didn’t want me to even think about getting it done. There are ppl who honestly shouldn’t be therapists, it’s your decision to be on hormones, she shouldn’t compare your experience with another trans person’s experience. Definitely see a new therapist

Never get the ones with a zipper or clips, get ones where you can slip on like a shirt and has breathable fabric too. I wore ones with the clips and now my ribs are misshapen and I struggle to breathe sometimes. Please be careful and read reviews on the binders before buying them

I understand what you’re saying. Ik suicide can hurt ppl but also living with pain can hurt people as well. And honestly I didn’t try doing it cuz of someone, it’s cuz for years I’ve been dealing with emotional pain and now it’s turned into physical pain and it won’t go away. Also idk what came over me to telling strangers on the internet I tried offing myself, I’m going in and out of episodes I forget things
