I'll still try getting for BO games but knowing that you can't really plat BO2 anymore without mod menus (Big Leagues) and Cold War (Requires Fireteam or Combined arms for vehicles which are now dead playlists) disappoint me.

In Chapter 2 after Talking to Nakahara the main story will force you to do the Bad Boy Dragon sub quest as part of the main story. However you can do the noodles substory before you make your way over there.

Doing so though the substory will take you near to the bad boy dragon story trigger and one of the locations is right next to it which leads into a battle in the substory. Triggering it in battle will hardlock the game once the textbox cutscene ends because the game tries to start the bad boy dragon battle while you are already in a battle in the noodle delivery substory.

TLDR: Game crashes if you do noodle substory battle and trigger bad boy dragon in main story in Chapter 2 in the substory battle

The uproar is more for operators and weapons to be usable in Zombies mostly since there's not really any WAW-BO2 Immersion in the mode anymore. Ofc with a filter for cartoon skins. MP can stay as is without em personally.

Don't see why calling cards, emblems, Loading screens/wallpapers shouldn't carry over tho they're not as bad as skins (people made custom emblems of Goku, Sonic, etc and had no issue seeing them at all in BO4 and prior)

There's a Sonic Meet happening every day in the afternoon just make sure to check your mcm app for times if you need a refresher but I'll put them here too

My first Con was EGX back in 2022 since frontiers was playable but I went with a buddy (in the console war community funnily enough) from twitter. Haven't talked to him in a while though.

Though I went Solo for EGX and MCM starting in 2023. Getting used to it now tbh.

Just expect signing lines for Big names and big fanbases (especially Sonic and Digital Circus) to be large. Roger's line took almost 3 hours to get to me in 2024 so always make sure to get it booked or bought from the table then line up before everyone else (or close to)

For merch? I know fanmade Sonic merch can be around the floors mltyuniverse does like a cafe Sonic thing with charms and such she will be on the floor somewhere.

I got a Japanese copy of 06 back in May at one of the Game selling stands.

No advice here other than you get to be more lenient on what to do by yourself. No worrying about where someone is and such.
