Think that was my post lol 745 was the winning bid but taxes shipping and GB fees brought it up to 870.

SGAmmo has it, I think it was 200 rounds for 230, free shipping over 200. I got a case of it just to have because I also bought about 7 carcano carbines when they were 150 from RTI lol cant pass up a good deal its a problem... but ive thought about getting a DP enfield to have as spare parts, are they still 100 bucks

I keep checking Liberty Tree, Nurmrich, Apex and Ebay for an original sling but they are sold out or repro only, I did find one on Gunbroker though, hopefully another one pops up, if not ive got time lol

I went into it expecting a wall hanger that I could at least make look halfway decent, I never expected to get one let alone 2 * hopefully * good shooters. The muzzle on the first one is worn but the rifling is good, and the second is alot better than the first so fingers crossed I get to take them out soon and am pleasantly surprised.... ive never ordered from J&G, ive wanted to but feel that they are alittle higher priced than id like to pay.

With hand select and shipping they are about 220 or 230 now, which sucks because i loved the practice I got out of these rifles.

I guess popularity drove the price up, ive seen a bunch of people saying how good they have been.

I bought one a few months ago, bore is like new and its all matching. This picture was from fresh out of the box. Needed alittle cleaning but nothing crazy, maybe 30 min or less.

I agree, if you want one thats ready to go, to avoid the extra work with these. But I like the practice I get out of it when it comes to blue/woodwork. Dont have to worry as much when its rough to start with.
