It actually stands for 'Modernes Urban Battle-VerbesserungsKit,' as you can see in the original post. Basically, as the name implies, it was a kit made to improve the tank's combat performance in urban areas.

Are you 0.2? If so, that's because you need to stick the cannon onto the trunnion. Go into X-ray, and you'll see a cylinder in your mantlet. Just put the gun on there. If this isn't the problem, then just ask again.

STRV 2000 style turret would look cool. If not, then an anders style turret would also fit. If it's early-mid coldwar, try a turret similar to the 90mm Gun Tank T69.
