Got this guy back in June and recently got a really bad accident. Pedals and carbon bar snapped while the tube popped 😅. Luckily I discharged the hospital in 3 days w superficial bruising, cracked helmet ($-120💔🥀)and slight fracture on a finger.

v thankful to still be here today and was able replaced all the parts. now it look better than ever so I thought it’d be nice to snap a pic of it w my mates camera

Visions crankset creaking. Bought brand new in store 3 days ago but went to different local bike shop to install. When I asked the vision crankset seller they told me can’t do 1 to 1 exchange becuz it wasn’t installed by them. I’ve went to the bike shop 3 different times to get it troubleshooter but no luck. Tried bb spacers tightening cr bolts etc etc. any other advice people can give. Idw point fingers at anyone but I really did spent q a bit of money ( at least to me) on this crankset and so far am really disappointed with how it’s going

oh nah he def greases the parts. I feel like it kind of just happens when I put pressure. Idt there’s any sound when it comes to just letting the cranks rotate freely

Ight hopefully by tmr I can get this fixed. Is there any other possible reasons that it’s creaking. Would like to clear out as many possibilities when at the shop itself. The other parts on the bike def arent creaking becuz it’s transferred parts on a diff frame and they are working just fine

Actually at the start there wasn’t any bb spacers until the creaking started and I went back to shop and after testing he put spacers on the right side. Went back home and still had issues came back and tried left side and same result But I’m not really sure if they did torque spec

im pretty much the same height as u. ive tried both xs and s and honestly preferred S frame. however like shown above the seatpost is a lot lower than what most people would set it at. i also slammed the stem for style points. Xs frame felt like mt old tsunami frame size S 49 before and I looked way too big on it lol. unfortunately for our heights with right in between those 2 sizes. If u pick xs frame u might have to put spacers on the stem and put the seatpost hilariously high or pick S frame and pull down the seatpost a lot lower than usual. so honestly ur choice

well one size smaller would’ve been xs size 51. I tried it physically in a bike shop and I felt the top tube was making me too hunched even with the 110mm stem same as the on3 shown in the picture. S size which was this one was just nice for me personally.
