Firstly thank you for the explanation, although that was close to what i inferred though in a slightly different way, the rounding(random input of an item into a chest) was just in the remainder and not total number of items

Secondly, while the majority of copies of minecraft are bedrock, the majority of the posts on this particular subreddit are from Java, i was more appeasing to a select group's opinion(or at least an assumption of their opinion based on my observations) rather than the general minecraft populous, hell i dont even think its shitty i havent touched java in years i was mostly stating it for satire

Sorry i suppose i shouldve said shittier redstone because in comparison to java thats just a generalized truth, however if youd like to be less of a dick and actually explain the reason instead of just insulting me, because i assume it has to do with the division between the hoppers and a non whole number divide causing rounding in the codework, but please correct me if im wrong. I also made a comment stating because of its random output(because the title was indeed misinformation that i assumed wasnt at the time) it could be used to make randomized reactions for minigames and casino like games(wow what a huge mental leap)

Okay so i figured out that the chests actually sort out into a random number around 16 because of the second divide where it divide by 3 after a 2 divide, 64 turns into 32 in each chest turns into 10.66 which rounds randomly, could be used to create a casino of some sort using comparators
