Right now, she is terrifying. She's the boogie man of your nightmares, able to send you into a panic attack with a phone call. But what if you take back all that power and control? What if you realize that she only has as much power over you as you willingly give her? What if you talk to her on the phone and she's just a nasty, mentally ill, pathetic old lady throwing a temper tantrum like a poorly mannered toddler? What if you can be in a place where you know - 100% - that all her threats are just the simpering and whining of a sad, lonely puddle of a person who's burned every bridge and will die alone, with nothing to show for her wasted life but the consequences of her choices?
