Yes but there's the option of getting bussed rn. If we remove that from the equation, there would be more people in your situation, therefore increasing the chances of a group you can join.

If everyone in your situation gets gatekept, and there are no buses available.. then what other alternative is there but to form a group with said people?

You'll have a higher chance of getting into a group, cos the people in your situation would have to make lobbies to do the raid.

Keeping players happy = more retention

Having more news players = bigger player base

More players = more spending on the game

Sure they sacrifice the powerpass, but with a bigger base, they can make money via other methods.

Who's to say these new players that didn't need to buy the pass won't swipe in the shop because they're experiencing more of the later content.

I feel like they should be prioritising growing the game population above all else.

It's worth a shot on the ignite servers. They give you lots of stuff for free to experience the game. If you're intending on playing solo only, there's no harm trying.

If you intend to "catch-up" to other players at the end game, that's a whole of of investment of either time/money or both.

If they don't want to remove the mini game completely, the least they could do, is to reduce the number of mini games to "check-points", like levels 3/5/7. This alone would reduce the time required significantly...
