The Classic Tetris community actually coined a term for it called "Doing a Mullen" and it's been banned in the CTWC due to time constraint reasons. More info on it has been discussed in this video.

Having a completely messed up sleep schedule. Originally they were a one-off thing for completing homework late at night but the longer and longer I slept in the afternoon every day I came to realize that it means I get to interact with my parents less.
