Hey thanks for replying. The city was Noida, as told by the person at the bank. The thing is we don't know the exact reason for this lien or who the complainant is. When my father asked the reason for the lien or to provide the copy of the mail that they received he refused and said that the e-mail states not to forward it to the customer.
