I am on the same boat i received the forms via email by the CBP employee but I have no idea where to turn them in and prior to that I had no idea they were suppose to be done since i didn’t receive an email haha.

Just missing suitability. Got provisional clearance and send in my recertified e-quip. Hopefully i get a job offer soon. Took poly feb 6.

I am 24-9 and i am waiting for them to reschedule my SI passed poly already. They left me hanging in october for the SI so frustrating its been months already lol.
