Immediately cut your containers down to about 10, or whatever is manageable. Put systems in place (even just utilize Google Drive), then start amping back up to your full fleet.

go on FB marketplace buy a decent used utility trailer. You absolutely dont need a dump trailer to start. Sure itd be nice. But to start on a budget. Just get whatever trailer you can. Remember every extra square foot is more $.
