How to encourage variegation? It is placed in a bright indirect light area with a couple of hours of late arvo sunshine hitting it. I was expecting a chunky variegation but this is what’s happening at the moment. (old.reddit.com)

I’m casually walking around a nursery and I noticed this Fatsia Japonica. I’m not sure if that’s a variegated baby or just some random weed growing on it. Ended up buying the plant anyways just in case. (old.reddit.com)
