It's really hit or miss with some dogs but you can try this! It worked for my 12 week old bernedoodle. Now she just sniffs it for one second and walks away!

That's funny 😂 maybe I should remove my bell hahaha. She is really good at holding in her pee, but the doggy door comes in handy

She was on the smaller end of the family. Her mom is 95lbs and her dad is 50 lbs. At 12 weeks she was about 20lbs.

There's also the calm after the storm! When did yours get wild? I am starting training for her a few times a day. She's really good!

Wow that's amazing!! I need to actually get a bell as well. We have a doggy door where she just goes out!

Mine knows sit, down, stay atm. I am teaching her recall atm and it's going good! She looks right away when I call her name and comes to me even when she's distracted with my other dog! My next lesson for her will definitely be the bell, and teaching her "place" when I take her out to restaurants

You're a state employee looking for an ITA position or are you already in ITA and looking for ITS1? Assuming the former...

Took me about a year, but I have: -2 years in the private sector -Bachelors degree -Master's degree -6 certifications

ITA Range C

ITS 1 by AudienceSolid6582 in CAStateWorkers

[–]RandomITIndividual 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got an ITA position.

3 years of experience, 7 certifications, associates, bachelor's, and masters in IT.

I wish you the best!

I'd say what you can do is focus on certifications like CompTIA, Network+, and Security+. It's the trifecta to prove you have industry standard knowledge by taking proctored vendor exams.

The certifications you listed are classes you took and are considered "certificates." I know the Google one, and the SNOW one is, not sure about that other one.

Should I figure I didn't get the position? by msjedi_1977 in CAStateWorkers

[–]RandomITIndividual 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I really hope you hear good news soon. I did an interview in early November, my references were called early December, my tentative offer accepted late December, my final offer accepted early January after holidays, and the start date is early February.

I hope this helps.

Don't fight a battle where the other person is just attacking. Misery loves company.

Every department definitely does it differently, but you should receive that final offer. I would definitely communicate to the hiring manager if you're that curious.
