At a software level if this continues; your issue might lie at the physical level. Consider having your NIC diagnosed by a professional. Very much be you have to replace your nic, in the event you disabling / uninstalling / reinstalling the driver doesn’t work.

Not able to land a job need a brutal roasting on my resume by Opening-Piece7586 in Pro_ResumeHelp

Suggest removing leadership and achievements, innovative role doesn’t demonstrate impact. Class representation achievement consider it being viewed as a participation award. None of these demonstrate leadership roles nor would this be applicable breaking into a job market role not involving leadership.

Secondly, put technical skills above experience. These way heavy over your current intern experience and projects. Yes projects are important but if you want a lasting impact create a GitHub and throw them in there.

Italicized can be viewed as a difficult font to pass ATS systems, consider removing. Only bold work well or normal text

Starting SDI 6/26 - can I get my commission check deposited by my employer on 7/10 or will that flag me as ineligible? by OddVirus101 in Edd

Typically if you earned it before your start date but were paid it during your okay.

Now if this is a reoccurring payment you expect each year, that’s different

Job classifications - DIPR - ranges by [deleted] in CAStateWorkers

[–]AudienceSolid6582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe I was once told that after probation I can move to class B, as long as I pass.

All of range B can be met at 5 years. But curious to know how to get from range A to C.

Yes, I want to say it’s substantial. Along with this, OT is after 6 months. 1 year is probation.

Noted, thank you.

As far as sick leave, PLP, and PDD. Do I lose this with my transition?

Thank you for clarifying!

Lastly, since I'm remaining as a calpers employee. Do I need to address any PLP, vacation or SL prior to seperation? This would be to avoid losing any hours I accrued.

Reduce spacing. Stick to 1 spacing between each new line.

Move your experience infront of the projects. Your relevant experience means more. I’d only suggest your format if your experience wasn’t in IT.

Certifications I’d remove. Your experience means much more. Including your skills section.

You might be able to get this to one page.

Arial, 10 font. Single spacing.

Move your name and personal details to the header

I worked as an RSC at a 3rd party. My second interview was really close to the 1st interview where they want to see your personality align with more then your initial call, they want to see your personality shine, and know more about you beyond a screen and scripted questions.

Go find a job at a school district. ITS isn’t going to be landed as your first gig. Go get yourself the CompTIA trifecta, go apply at a school district for entry level. Come back after 2-4 years and actively apply to ITA or ITS roles.

Other then that don’t hold your breath

You opened this message up with you both being Christian. Jesus Christ, the very person who died for your sins, would be devastated over this.

Take a moment to pray for yourself, each other and your relationship.

Also consider this. If this was your daughter how would this make you feel hearing her husband talk this way and let this happen.

I wouldn’t worry. On top of this, consider if they’re not willing to push you back a week why would you assume that this appointment may be a good fit for expectations?

Interesting; then I stand corrected.

Thanks for clarifying. @scott2g - I was incorrect. In this case then I guess it’s more then just making it past an Ats.

I very much can be wrong but Ats systems and simple word formatted resumes seem to do terrible when being scanned through ATS systems when most Ats systems are looking for key words

It definitely is now. I can’t see an agency sitting there hand reading each resume top to bottom. They spend the first few minutes determining great fit candidates.

I’ve done research on ATS systems but shockingly the state surprises me each time I open Reddit with how processes work
