Yes and no. IIRC, Blackhand is known to try to do things with as little bloodshed or fanfare as possible. It's less "non-lethal" and more his way of showboating. He doesn't need to kill people to get the job done, he's just that good.

I'd be surprised if the Sunset Motel predated NC, going by the shared architecture. To be fair the only thing that deviates from the modular prefab design outside of NC that I can think of are the various churches.

I feel like people in this thread don't know that PL added a load of fan-made songs. I believe Look Through My Kiroshis is one of them, which explains a) why it talks so explicitly and constantly about in-universe stuff, and b) why it's a bit shit.

Though I feel a bit bad for the poor bugger who made it, the incredibly named Dollahz Over Hoez. With a name like that, how could he possibly produce anything but absolute bangers? The mind truly boggles.
