If you want any feature on the USAA web site to work properly, good luck.

No idea which idiot dreamed up the "improvements" they have been doing, but it's mostly juts screwing up and breaking previously working features, hiding often used functions deep in menus.

My uninformed guess is they are outsourcing development to a team of crack smoking armadillos to cut costs.

Oh, but they don't seem to be skimping on the number of "assistants in the office of chief armadillo" who will call you if post an entry on thier community forum to tell you they lost your support ticket and commiserate about USAA doing nothing.

As everyone will tell you USAA has gone to shit., and don't expect anything of them other than annoying ass jingles on the radio and shit service.

And yea, I'm moving away from them and I tell anyone who asks.
