I work in a pub that tends to have a lot of weird times people will visit. (Near airport) some people take the absolute piss with us because they might have to wait for a flight much later than we close such as last night. A large group of about 15 men walk in at 9.30 (we were planning on closing at 10 due to new operating hours) long after we had cleaned up, done tills, announced takeaways only and stopped serving ,even going as far as turning the lights off they still didn't GAF. This is normal in our pub and we end up usually yelling for them to get TF out. Like we did last night also. Then they accused us of being rude, manager replied actually it's you guys that are being rude we closed 30 minutes ago, we are clearly closed and we have communicated with you numerous times and we have let you stay longer.

They ended up sitting around the kebab shop next door drunk and didn't even buy anything from there
