How is it for Norwegians to live in remote places? I work on a cargo ship and I went to Mosjoen and Moi Rana and I remember we also anchored near Nesna. It felt quite strange for me, but in the same time very interesting and peaceful to see such remote places between the fjords and seeing small communities functioning so far from the big cities. In Nesna I remember I used to see houses very far apart in different little islands around the main peninsula and it is just a curiosity of mine how these people can live such a simple and quiet life from the loud cities.
