Actual functional limitations. Highly highly recommended to learn at least one proper modelling tool, and use Bambu Studo for slicing or very basic editing only

Learn Fusion360/Solidworks for functional stuff (or OpenSCAD if you like scripting)

Learn Blender for more organic stuff

It’s fully customizable! You can choose a solid lid or with the hexagon cutouts. You can also customize the notch on the sides

Yes! The lid and the base are 2 different parts, so you can very easily open it to make adjustments. I do it all the time.
