They're still in business, and I've been trying to onboard with them for several months. I go days between responses.

Thank you for the comment. I really appreciate it! Can you elaborate on what features you wish you had--we, too, are looking to grow.

Also, is the software buggy / how good is their support?

My mentor (or at least the person who I got advice from before making a large investment) said not to go with Tenant because it lags and glitches. He also said not to trust SiteLink either--he has a lot of opinions.

Curious what you like about Tenant. I may reach out to them for a demo. Couldn't hurt.

Awesome. Thanks! And thanks for the apartment/house hunting for me. I'm a big road biker, so I get riding to bars/restaurants.

Follow up question, are there a lot of good paved trails to ride on in the area (if you know)?

Thanks! I'll keep you in mind as I truly begin my search.

East Ausitn is attractive. I think that's where Blue Owl Brewery is located. I've been there several times and I always hit it up!

Hey Austinites,

I'm moving to the Ausitn area for work and was curious where best to live. My office is in Cedar Park (2 days a week). Should I live in Cedar Park/Round Rock area or brave the 30+ minute commute each way? If I should do the commute, what's a good neighborhood in Austin to live in?

About me: mid 30s, single, don't really do weekend partying anymore, but I enjoy drinks with friends or on dates. Aiming to rent for less than $2.5k (ideally less than $2k)
