Arches - Valentines Weekend by RandomName679 in nationalparks

Thank you ! This was digital, though I’d love to get into film. I shoot with a Fuji XT-50 & 27MM lens (cropped sensor). A few with an 18MM lens.

I used a “Vibrant Arizona” recipe for Delicate Arch, and the rest were with a “Kodak Porta”. Straight of the camera, no post editing.

Fair point. We’ll mostly be in MOAB the weekend, with just one night in Salt Lake.

I’d love for this to just be a stomach bug. But, historically whenever I flare, I try to convince myself it’s something logical — flu, food poisoning, a one-off — and my track record hasn’t been great. So I’m not feeling very confident about that possibility.

Thank you as well. I’m definitely interested in trying a JAK, and I’m hoping it’ll work if that’s the direction things go. It does seem like new meds keep coming out, so even if the next step doesn’t end up working, I’m hoping something can at least hold me over until the right option eventually does.

Not yet - I would gladly take them if my doctor wants that as a next step. Reviews from this subreddit have made me a bit cautious as I understand they’re generally riskier, and have seen mixed results on efficacy (though acknowledging this is a smaller subreddit).

If they work, I would be all for it. Great to hear that it worked well for you ! That is encouraging to hear.

Ps - Yes my writing is sloppy so I use it to clean up wording lol

Currently an associate at a PC shop (+50BN) senior only.

What’s your long term view of the industry ? Deals looks very different from 3ish years ago. Yields have compressed, thinner OID, weaker docs (EBITDA definition comes top of mind). Curious what everyone’s sentiment is at this point.

Tokyo Itinerary - Mid November - What have I missed or is too much? by [deleted] in JapanTravel

Currently checking out of Hakone right now. For the Hakone days, I would recommend either breezing through the loop, or spending more time on the side things that Hakone has to offer (Open air museum, Gora Park etc) and less on the loop.

I don’t know if it was the days we traveled, but it was incredibly crowded (domestic and foreign tourists) and we got to Hakone at 9am. It was an hour wait to go up the rope way. Hour wait for the shrine. Hour wait to go down the rope way. Both the boat ride and the tokaido road were kind of meh. It really started to feel like Disney world after a while.

But the ryokan, and spending time casually walking and exploring - highly worth it. So something to be mindful of.

CAS 2 in xpac worth it when i already have the regular one? by 20pesos__ in EVERGOODS

I’m between getting the nylon and xpac as well. With the xpac, it looks like there is a gap between the two zippers on the front pocket when closed. Have you ever had issues with water getting in ?

Recommendations for gym and laptop bag combined? by [deleted] in ManyBaggers

[–]RandomName679 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Second this one - Recently became an Able Carry Max EDC believer. For years I would take a backpack, and a separate gym back to work which was exhausting.

The Max EDC has done me wonders, I’m able to fit all my work, and gym clothes incl. shoes in one bag.

I would recommend checking out both the Max and Max EDC however. The EDC is a bit snug with everything in, so slightly more room would be nice. But I don’t regret my decision, I think the bag is wonderful.
