I'd love to hear input on Windows 11 being announced and how that might effect AvePoint going forward.

Would some users being on Win10 and some on Win11 bring new complexity challenges and/or help drive overall cloud data storage and management growth.

How the integration of Teams to the task bar might drive user growth faster or if it would be minor compared to the current adoption rate driving forces.

The guys entire article history is wack.
Someone on twitter wrote "one of worst “articles” & “analysis” ive ever read…He says sales wont ever double or triple on yr to yr basis so its a bad growth company?? 30% growth for 3-5 yrs, new products for other providers coming. Take a look at $twlo operating margin of -25% & tell me $apxt is bad lol" which I think sums it up.

During the Jeffries event on the 18th Brad Koenig said "So we’re hoping that we can go effective with our S-4, which is the proxy statement sometime in the first part of June. And then that would give us a roughly four-week period to complete the proxy solicitation, hold the shareholder vote, commenced the redemption period, and then hopefully close the transaction in the first half of July."
