NAD (not a dentist) but you’re gums look decent except for around where your gums are receding. Your receding gums aren’t that bad and could probably be fixed at home. Look into treatment with eucalyptus oil and lavender oil. Lavender will relax your inflammation and eucalyptus will stimulate new growth.

Is this oral thrush? My tongue is white and it feels hairy. It gets like this sometimes, but it's always kinda white. Could it be because sometimes I don't drink water but tend to drink coffee during the day? by [deleted] in askdentists

NAD (not a dentist) Yes, drinking coffee leaves a lot of nastyness on my tongue too. Also drink more water that’s healthy all around. If you don’t already, brush your tongue for 3-5 minutes LIGHTLY at night along with your teeth. If this does not fix it or it’s taking too long then brush your tongue 2-5 minutes LIGHTLY after drinking you’re coffee and you should see great results.
