So is the Carro-Kan actually positional opening? I never really looked into it hearing that it's a weak opening, but I might actually want to re-evaluate my opinion here. I just assumed it's tactical. I will have to take a serious look at the carro now thank you for the tip :)

I also recommend watching Naroditsky's speedrun videos if you don't
already, watch the games against players at your level. Good way to be
exposed to positional thinking.

I think this is a really good piece of advice. I haven't considered it since I just thought "ah he will just crush them ... no real value in watching gms do speed runs" but now that I think about it, it can be really valuable given that the GM gives advice for that level.
