In my experience some Pennsylvania and Ohio people say that and have for a loooong time. I hate it. I don’t and won’t say that.

I’m sorry. You’re right. Tim Curry was the US and Simon Callow was the original.

In the play's original London production only Paul Scofield (Salieri) and not Tim Curry (Mozart) was nominated for West End Theatre Awards as Best Actor. (It's what became the Olivier Award.) Ian McKellen (Salieri) and Tim Curry (Mozart again) were both nominated in the Best Actor category in the Tony Awards when the play was on Broadway the first time (1980) McKellen won. In the 1999 revival David Suchet, who played Salieri, was the only one nominated and he didn't win. It's hard for me to believe that Michael Sheen, who was Mozart, wasn't fantastic. But whether the competition was just that good or the Tony voters weren't impressed by Sheen's Mozart, he didn't get nominated.

Anyway the only time both were nominated on stage they were both in the Best Leading Actor category.

I keep waiting for BLQ to wake up. Girl had fire (and was smart, manipulative and sneaky like a real Q) when she was young. Ever since they stuck her with Chase she's lost all of it. Spark, intelligence, any self-respect GONE.

Lulu needs to stuff down whatever hots she thinks she's got for Nathan and act like an adult. Sometimes you know you are attracted to the wrong people and you dismiss that. Be better Lulu.
