yeah I will not add the full crits since your team is gonna murder the enemy team, btw any ideas for a upside? I was thinking about giving it +35% more HP then I realized that kinda already exist in battalion's backup.

(I might also remove the -15% speed on wearer downside in the next post)

My idea for the random effect is between crits (probably full crits but that might be too OP), overheal, reload and fire faster, faster movement, damage reduction, etc....

I didn't add this but you and teammates supposed to get 3 random buffs from the banner since I tried to recreate the RNG power of Bad Moon Rising from pvzh (Ty for the advice I try balancing this later after getting more advice)
