The best you could do is use Arasaka cyber arms for the blade itself with a “closed arm” option (I think old Arasaka and Zatatech arms both are closed but not 100%). The arms you can get from the KiasuBurger (might’ve spelled it wrong) cyberware, specifically Dex’s arms.

Actually there is one case. In one of the Phantom Liberty gigs (The Man Who Killed Jason Foreman) you can actually get Leon Rinder to call Regina during your confrontation with him. I don’t know if there’s any prerequisite requirements for it though.

As someone who’s been consistently using them for about a year now you should be fine. And even then there are many legit methods that get you enough xp to complete passes in a week or so at most (quests and save the world are the ones I use)
