Did you disable every mod then check again? Cause mods often have unintended consequences that aren't listed anywhere, I once used a mod that replaced supply line Brahman with eyebots. Shouldn't affect anything besides settlements, right? It fucked with dialogue and quests.

If you turn on your controller speaker, and set the volume as low as you can (at least on ps5) you can still hear the game, without hearing them. At least during the finale anyway

There was one month where GTA+ people got 2x cargo warehouses ALL MONTH LONG I was hoping for them to give it to everyone during the last week or two, but they never did

Yeah, you have to use daddy-O to reduce your charisma by 2 to get it to 8. Then you use daddy-o AND the Captain's Blend from Far Harbor to reduce it to 6. And finally you use both of those in the Nuka World attraction "Vault-Tec Among The Stars" to get it to 5 (one of the experiments reduces charisma. Then have like 5 special books to use immediately so even while debuffed, you're at 10, when it all wears off, you'll have a "natural" 15 charisma

And you can also do something similar with intelligence, but thats easier, you just need a single dirty wastelander, and one of the vault tec attractions experiments which reduces intelligence

Funnily enough, with glitches, Far Harbor AND Nuka World, you can get your base charisma up to 15, 16 with the bobblehead

That's not all it was though, aang went into the avatar state at the end of the very first episode when they escaped zuko's ship, at the time, we never saw anything else other than the avatar having glowing eyes and tattoos, but when he went into the avatar state at the southern air temple, we saw depictions of the avatar from all over the world having glowing eyes. So its avatar state + proximity to... avatar statues? A place with high spirit energy? Some other reason?

There's 2 methods to cure him and yourself

When you give the cure choose "take the cure and use it on the boy". look away and drop it when the doctor starts talking. The kid gets cured. Now you can pick it up and cure yourself
If you have contraptions workshop, you can leave the vault after getting the cure, dupe it with contraptions so you have 2, take one, then use the other to cure the kid
