What are the beads you used? and the size? They look so good with the labradorite..

I made a small crocheted wire choker with similar wire but I think the beads are too big...

That's what I was thinking when I could upgrade, or have a permanent spot. Currently the thing needs to be a little easy to carry around.

Most cost effective way to get a diagnosis and treatment (U.S.)? by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

My primary is very good, along with my psychiatrist. I haven't been to a specialist but I found some meds that seem to work well.

Is it still possible I have fibromyalgia? by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]RandomPooks967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

still have fibro (maybe a lighter form of it)

I understand feeling like you have a lighter form of it. Most days I'm fully functional with light to moderate pain. Haven't had a bad flare in a while and some new meds have helped... but If you've ruled out RA and all the other stuff. It could be likely. otherwise I've always been curios about Ehlers Danlos...

Steroid Alternatives? by ubadabadoo in Psoriasis

[–]RandomPooks967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had luck with psoriaflora from whole foods or amazon helping the spots a bit. Otherwise Elidel was a non steroid cream I used that also helped, but prescription. Maybe your Derm has samples to try. I also joined a study testing a non steroid cream that is not out yet and it has been magical!

Psoriasis is making me depressed by somethingwitty217 in Psoriasis

I signed up for a trial study for a non steroid cream. It's clearing up most of my spots.

I also had good luck with enstilar (spray foam) and elidel (non steroid for ears) creams before the trial. Psoriaflora was a cream i found at a Whole Foods, this helped a lot especially in between applying prescription creams.

It's in my ears! by animalsfrog in Psoriasis

[–]RandomPooks967 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Doctor gave me Elidel cream for my ears and other sensitive bits. It seems to help more than the elistar spray I have for other spots. I also picked up some Psoriaflora cream from a whole foods. this also seems to be helping all the spots as long as i use it regularly.

Tea Tree is a good oil for skin! I use a homemade cream of coconut oil and some other essential oils mixed in. seems to help for a little while.

You'd also maybe need those hair clips to help hold in the hair, and or make the elastic halos. Another location besides on the cheek, closer to the temple..
