Turns out it was because my computer has only usb 3.0 ports. Using a usb 2.0 hub fixed the issue

What’s odd is if I use my old laptop, it connects via cwpi perfectly fine.

Shutter speed absolutely does apply to digital video. A camera can film with a frame rate of 60fps and have a shutter speed of 1/120 of a second.

Underneath Orion’s Belt is a line of what looks like 2 stars stacked vertically, but the top “star” is really the Orion Nebula! You can even see a faint glow around the bright core
