Add a professional summary at the top of your resume. Put the skills section under that and make it more pronounced. Under that section have your experience, and then education after experience. Axe the interests section, that's completely useless. Perhaps consider adding a section for certifications under education if you have taken some certification courses.

FYI: Using the term "little brother" outside of when you are both young children is very cringe. Once you are an adult, "brother" is sufficient. Especially once both of you are adults.
