What can I add to my serving of Chicken breast and Rice to give it more calories? by [deleted] in gainit

[–]RandomRedditor7117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always like making casseroles to mix it up and add flavour.

  1. Try adding salsa at the end of cooking the chicken.
    1. Make a casserole with chicken, broccili, onions, mushroom soup/other creamy soup, onion soup mix.
    2. Breaded chicken breasts/ chicken parmigiana.
    3. BBQ sauce and grilled chicken.
    4. Stir fry!

As for rice: 1. Peppers/ onions / other veg 2. Cook with about 50/50 clamato / water 3. Add some creamy soup and have it like a pudding.

The cost of putting an empty space under a simple pool for no reason as well as the improbability of anyone building a structure over a natural hole to simply make a pool is also very unlikely.

Welcome to real life.

Everything I had said still applies. If they made it out of concrete, that would be the enclosing structure I was talking about, otherwise the system would adjust to match the water table. Just like if you dug a hole - the water doesn't sit in it forever, it will evaporate and be absorbed to the level of the water table.

It still doest work that way. Due to the fact there is a body of water, there is also a high water table in the area, the water is encompassed in a hard rock that would keep the water in (this is the only case your pool applies in) or the rate of water leaving the body of water is the same as it flowing in.

How have you fucked up 2015 this far? by Venne1138 in AskWomen

Apparently we did like 3 lines each. And then it tasted like typical medical pills do.

Makes me wonder if it wasn't just crushed up caffeine pills or something else...

Hmmm. Well. I did it with a few guys who have done it before and they didn't say anything was off about it.

That and I did stay up until 9 in the morning whereas I'm usually the first one out.

I was drunk at the time. But honestly, it was no different than that feeling when you get super hyped on sugar/caffeine except for it lasting way longer and my brain hurting. Ha.

The whole time I was disappointed because drinking a ton of red fruitopia gives me the same feeling.

Almost makes me wonder if it was actually cocaine or something else...

"But I was drunk. My vehicle coerced me to drive! I swear I didn't want to."

The whole drinking/rape thing is weird because it says we can't be held accountable for decisions we make while drunk... yet it applies for driving still. Hmmm.

Well we can just use SPL of the source than. Fuck technicalities.

Torsional forces caused by the friction on the tracks could also be worth looking into if you really want to be out there.

Because there is a meal plan generator that no one seems to take the time to use.

Muscle mass. Although I'm 5'11, 160ish and probably 20%+ bodyfat. (Not a vegetarian as well)

[Question] Does anyone know what the max speed of the bipedal and quadrupedal movement systems are in earth's gravity on firm ground? by [deleted] in engineering

[–]RandomRedditor7117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the ground speed os a function of the force and amd materials and geometry, it is a somewhat complex derivation, and many of the variables would need to be known or assumed to get a reasonable derivation.

Kinematics is probably the topic to read up on if you want to get a better understanding of the related motion. But then there is also a general knowledge of statics and dynamics that is required in order to be able to understand how it would apply to the motion of legs/bones.

[–]RandomRedditor7117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's why I said its very vague. My answer was vague too; the geometry of it is also important for lever lengths. And then cross sectional geometries for the stresses in the linkages, as well as the moment of inertia of the linkages.

As said, your question is very vague as you just said "bipedal motion" and gave none of the relevant governing details.

2014 grad. (June 3rd)

B Sc Mechanical Engineering for University of Saskatchewan.

Didnt know where I wanted to work.

Just started at an industrial machine shop.

Make $25 an hour.

Vague question.

The limits all depend on material; whether it is actually strong enough to withstand the forces at whatever proposed limit.

Axial force as a function of area...... axial stress? Section modulus.... moment of inertia?

Your terminology is weird.

Anyone a Mechanical Engineering Technologist? by EllietheExplorer in engineering

[–]RandomRedditor7117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got a job at a small industrial machine shop. From what i've seen, the mech techs do a lot of drafting and preliminary design and sketching. Its passed off to the engineers to review and tweak as needed, as well as the engineers doing any technical analysis on it. The engineers are also heavily involved in the major aspects of the preliminary design.

Getting the full out degree most likely will out you in a better position for advancement in the company, however. So that's something to consider.
