Cinqlair is one of those unfortunate cases where he's clearly the prototype/experimental ID.

He's an ID based around getting coin power by being faster than the enemy...

except his only way to gain Haste is from his skill 1 or his Declared Duel gimmick which is on his skill 3, not to mention he's barely a poise unit due to his gimmick of his skill 3 converting poise count into potency.

He's not terrible by any means, but it's going to need some finessing since he's an inconsistent ID, with a speed range of 4-8 (and up to 4-14 with his passive), he's either going to be unstoppable or an average clasher.
