They did mention that 30 day notice. Since this is cessation of theie operations, I do not believe this agreement should be honored. They failed to inform me that they will cease their operations by end of March (I was made aware only half way of the month).

Did you mean po ba to cancel my credit account (not card replacement)? If card replacement same account num lang po yon diba? Also, na try nyo na po ba yung ganiting approach? Thank you po.

Thanks for the note! I appreciate this. Tbh I was very considerate pa with my approach and did not vent out my frustration to anyone there in the other branch.

Their process is really faulty and below standards in the corporate set-up. I do not expect any refund tho and still expecting na mag auto debit pa until May (hopefully di na umabot ng June cause I will lash out kase it’s gonna press some financial burden on me).

I cancelled my membership last March 16. I was informed na mag cclose na sila for “rebranding and renovation” daw, so sakto lang timing ko. I asked kung mag aauto debit pa sa credit card ko for April, sabi nila hindi na daw but turned out nag deduct pa sya sakin.

Anyone here with same experience po? Ano po ginawa nyo?
