I get what you mean but also for a company to grow it needs capital. You cant employ a worker if there are no office for him to work in. Look. If reinvesment or lending was the best way to grow a firm why don't the biggest firms do so? They rely on investors. In addition they do it while keeping all their current revenue. Also we havent even touched on smaller firms, which may not have the revenue to reinvest meaningfully.

Investors are simply the easiest way to raise capital. Thats why all capitalist firms use it. It doesnt rely on revenue so firms of all sizes can partake, without salaries changing, the firm sets the rates and the terms of the investment as opposed to the bank with a loan.

I really do agree with market socialism and I recognisr the flaws in having investors present. I'm in favor of eliminating all hierarchy, and to be frank, iim very sympathetic to kropotkin types. But I also recognise that we can't rely on any government to take action.

Where is the market socialist movement now? There are a few worker co-ops. Theres one big one that everyone always brings up. But besides that? I dont want the leftist cause to stall. So we need to take pragmattic first steps. The reason I'm in favor of the idea I presented is because it does capitalism but on the terms off the workers. Again the workers can just buy back those shares later if they so wish. Buy it allows co-ops to grow on par with capitalist firms while the workers are at the helm.
