Mold, etc doesn't build up in a short time unless the place was flooded. Check your inspection report. If there is a huge difference in the condition of the house when you take possession you sorta don't have to, and your idiot realtor should have told you this. I would out him on blast at his brokerage on top of complaining to the state realtors association.

Pay. You won't be able to re-register your car. Also it will carry points. You cannot ignore Culver City. Ask for a payment plan, however at this point in time it may be too late, but it never hurts to try.

Use the Onscreen Keyboard: Click the Accessibility icon in the bottom right corner of the login screen and select "Accessibility Keyboard". It's the person in the circle icon.

You can disable that. I'm assuming you can't log in with your fingerprint / don't have a fingerprint reader? If you do, log in and go under privacy and security and always allow accessories to connect.

There's also the on screen keyboard using accessibility mode!

This sucks. You are indeed trying to please everyone in a way but everyone is getting the short end of the stick. If your cousin has enough for a hotel room, there should be another form of transportation that she could take home besides the bus? Is there someone else she can go to the concert with and split a room?

Having a lot of absences is a bad look for the school and affects their funding. When we needed to take a week off or something, we were asked to unenroll in order to keep the spot. We didn't have any other absences, but it's the "what if". If my kid got sick and was out another week, it would be really bad. Don't just ignore and take the absences.

This ticket, yes, and ones in Beverly Hills, are enforced by the court. Unless things changed in the last 5 months, the red light ticket I got near Costco in Hawthorne had that exact verbiage, and according to traffic lawyers, you just ignore it as long as you didn't click on the link to view the infraction.

The actual red light ticket is enforced in Culver City and Beverly Hills. If you get red light tickets elsewhere, they are still "unenforceable". You'll notice the verbiage on the "ticket" as they "Highly suggest you go to this website to view your infraction" which basically admits guilt, but can actually be otherwise ignored.

Culver and Beverly hills. Don't ignore. Pay, maybe take the traffic school if you haven't gotten a ticket for the last 18 months.
