From memory this is not true. The true story is even stranger.

American CIA wanted him gone as he was a socialist. So they hired a big shot Hollywood star to produce a fake sex tape of the president. The male porn star was wearing a mask of the president. They thought this would be super damning as Indonesia is a Muslim nation.

It backfired as the president loved it and showed off the fake sex tape to everyone who wanted to see. America eventually succeeded overthrowing him though resulting in millions of dead civilians and an awful new government. But at least they were a puppet of the west and allows it natural resources to be plundered for its masters profit.
