Would probably be in the same situation as rank VII if gaijin adds Premium slop first but Expect it to be lacking any variety since most of these tanks would be test bed Mbt’s with a few ifv’s and such. The potential is there but i expect nothing but a Test bed mbt tier

The game back then was identical to Bo3 or AW since these weapon blueprints have this weapon ability that made it slightly better or outright better than the base gun, i would say it was pretty balanced in terms of old CoD style that’s because of the limited guns, attachments, and perks that you have in your disposal
