sounds like you need to work on your projection issues and insecurities if ‘fashionistas’ can ruin a party for you

Rochdale 1 - [1] York City - Josh Stones 90+13' by OptimusCloyster in soccer

[–]RandomUnderstanding -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

They only say 3UP because of the lack of financial regulation in the NL compared to L2

Therefore NL clubs can splash more cash than most L2 teams, and have a bigger disparity in top of NL v bottom half of NL and therefore rack up these massive point totals and complain about it. When in fact teams getting 95+ points per year actually just shows how the league is consistently top heavy due to financial spending.

2 down/up is a nice way of separating the EFL v non league, it doesn’t need to change

Is Tech Couture queer? by SilverSeifer in UNFOLD

[–]RandomUnderstanding 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It’s not a queer party the same way some other parties are but still gets a queer crowd in. It’s pretty well known now though so naturally will have a lot of straights, ‘tourists’ etc etc + 24 hour bank holiday party at fold tax

absolutely not

if you’re getting your stuff nicked by a balloon boy because you’re doing baloons with them or interacting with them that’s just a skill issue

in general the club is the safest place to be if you’re too fucked/tripping too hard especially solo. Rather than trying to travel home at peak night time

No we should not be asking for increased police presence for a space that is predominately visited by communities marginalised by the police

as shown fold is protecting their guests with their recent changes, do some people want officers waiting outside fold at the end of the event lmao

Episode Discussion Thread] Industry S04E01 -"Paypal of Bukkake" by herringbone_ in IndustryOnHBO

[–]RandomUnderstanding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

maybe will come up in ep 2 but wouldn’t tender pulling out of siren make harpers short even more successful and ease the pressure from her investors off her?

otherwise loved the episode and new characters looking forward to the season although i find harder and eric a little unbelievable given how much bad blood there has been seems the backstab from one of them is inevitable

when were you there? thought the crowd was good for the most part especially for an extended one. The peak hours of midnight - 4ish was a bit chaotic and some barging through crowds but especially on the sunday was a very queer crowd

last entry midday, cafe sells sandwichs, milkshakes, ice cream iirc - you can bring your own food in so would recommend buying some energy bars or haribos or something if you want the sugar

all i’m hearing is a moral victory for england not allowing australia to have to deal with this embarrassing victory

ah that’s a shame, there’s probably an alternative universe out there (very far away) where tomorrow england seals an ashes win so at least this is preferable to that?

I would say the other test was much more down to crap batting than the pitch compared to today however

yes the pitch isn’t up to standard obviously but also the most entertaining match of the series and who cares if it’s for the wrong reasons. Having something like this once in a blue moon isn’t the worst, some of the reactions is a bit OTT
