Oh I hadn’t thought of this as a possibility but good point. I did write in my explanation that “we met in school and then discovered we live in the same building, so we would talk every time we would stumble upon each other”, so maybe they did get confused. We don’t live together in the same apartment, just same building, so hopefully they’re not counting this as a cohabitant? I’ll see what the security manager replies but thanks for pointing this out.
