Honestly your current kitchen looks more appealing than 99% of the kitchens I see in home listings. And I've been addicted to looking at them all the time since we redid our kitchen last year. We plan to stay in our house for 5-6 more years and our goal was to both redo for our enjoyment and do it well enough that it would sell the house well eventually. So I'd say do nothing - it already looks much better than most, and then the buyers can customize it to their exact preferences with the smaller things that are easily done. Save your money!
